  • Abdominal discomfort + Imaging - abdominal lump

  • Pre-operative work-up revealed hypertension - took a week to be optimised

Large Cystic lesion arising from head of the Pancreas

  • Whipples Procedure

  • Uneventful post operative period

  • Discharged on 8th post operative day

  • Histology confirms: Serous Cystadenoma - Benign - Complete excision

Case 2

  • 20 years/Male

  • Fit

  • Abdominal discomfort + Imaging - abdominal lump

Giant Hemangioma occupying most of the left lobe of liver

  • Laparoscopy + Laparotomy + Excision of Hemangioma along with Wedge Resection of Left lobe of liver

  • Unevenftul post operative period

  • Discharged on 7th post operative day

  • Histology confirms: Giant Hemangioma - benign - complete excision

Case 3

  • 70years/Female

  • DM, HTN, Asthma (Kept it as a surprise from us), poor exercise tolerance, Morbid Obesity

  • Abdominal discomfort + Imaging - abdominal lump

Large Lump in LUQ - origin  Liver/Stomach/Diaphragm/Spleen

  • Laparoscopy + Laparotomy + Excision of Lump

  • SOB on 4th post operative day - ICU stay 2 days - nebulisers

  • Discharged on 10th post operative day

  • Histology confirms: (Pleuroeperitoneal) Psuedocyst - benign - complete excision
